In Nasa's press release "Mars Rovers Survive Dust Storms, Ready for Next Objectives" you can read how the two Mars explorers continue to work well after their planned 3 months of operation. The resilience of these rovers is amazing: 43 months and counting! Design wise a lot can be learned from this successful project.
